Not exclusively Hello Kitty, of course. I mean like Naruto's, Bleach's or Death Note's theme park or a general anime park, with any anime.

An Asian "Kawaii" Theme Park

Or cute theme park. How would that work out? I can say "Kawaii" since I understand the word's meaning. But yes, I'd like to a cute Asian theme park (either Japanese, Korean or Chinese or a mix of the 3 cultures). Like Hello Kitty's, Rilakkuma's & anime based one. Would it be sucessful?

That would actually work quite well. The thing is, I don't see there being enough Star Wars fans in a certain area to make a whole new park viable. I see this as more of a large expansion of a Disney park than a whole park on it's own to be honest. Oh do trust me, in France, Great Britain, Canada, ...
