Coaster Zone - phpBB 3.1 Update

Hello Coaster Zone Members.
Today Subliminal updated Coaster Zone's phpBB Forum Software from phpBB 3.0.10 to phpBB 3.1. As the forum software is still fairly new, most of the "extensions" are still be reworked for the new system. Most of the styles for the software are still in development/testing so for the mean time we will be using the "Prosilver Special Edition"
I'd personally like to thank Subliminal for doing this work for us today.
