That's not good. What causing the refurb now instead of waiting till the off season?

I have no idea, I may try to fnd some answers, when I next go.

DAMN THORPE! 4 rides at once!

I know it is unbelievable, I think Colossus was only down on Wensday. But it is still bad for Thorpe to have two rides and one coaster down for essential maintenance during the season.

Especcially with Fright Nights coming up, it's awful. Hopefully, they'll get everything back up so the queues on everything else are bearable.

I have an odd feeling Stealth is currently down because it is having it's launch cable replaced.

Must be some pretty heavy maintenence then to almost take it apart fully. I don't think even Slammer had it's arms taken off.

Your quite right Slammer has not had it's arms taken off. Samurai I believe normally does get taken down for maitenance in the closed season though.
I hope when I go there this weekend with Doomega, I will be able to find out more infomation on why it has needed to be dismantled during the season.

Thorpe Park have got all there rides working again!
Samurai returned to service last night, and Slammer reopened last Monday.
This is serous good news for both the Park and guests, as it means the queues spread equally throughout all of the rides.

Congratulations Thorpe Park!
