well I didn't expect this to be coming but cedar point released a interesting image of a date



I guess we may want to think about a construction thread for this soon though.

Considering the diving coaster is still a rumour, it is fitting the bill of everything which has been implied by the park, and Cedar Fair's move away from Intamin as a general rule makes it seem that it will be a B&M at least.

A possible layout design for this ride has been leaked from a bug in the new Cedar Point app.

YouTuber 'WolfRaging95' made a recreation of Valravn from the leaked blueprints and photos.



While it does look like a great ride, CP are known for pushing coaster's boundaries quite a bit. This just seems all a bit too normal and tame for them.

apparently some rumors have been swirling that the images that are teased for a layout was actually designed by Tony Clark and may actually be him trying to throw us off the actual layout. so I'm going to take the images and doubt them until the release of the ride.

Ooh nice, I like that layout! Do you know where that Youtube user got that design for Valravn though? It could be purely him speculating the layout since it is nothing like anything we've seen yet.

from the description it is just a speculation he took some of the registers elements and added them in to just show what it may look like.

also I've recently been looking into a different theme and possibly a different name.
there is a rumored creature called the Lake Erie Monster and it is a copper-brown silver color or blue and silver around 30 to 40 feet long that can travel between land and sea. where has all the sightings from the early 1800's to 1930's been found? Around Cedar point and Sandusky bay area. not only that the date release picture is very dark and gloomy very similar to the "Black Dog" (these are easy to find out about) storms that happen. speaking of the release date it is a Tuesday, usually they fall near a weekend. Perhaps the reason is that the register was Hoaxed into on July 22nd 1931 when on a Tuesday night a few men had captured the monster. Could the register have been yet again hoaxed into putting false news (purposefully) out as truth? also that would explain the color scheme for the coaster track below.

Interesting. That does sound like a likely backstory for it.

Do you know if the Valravn was in any way related to this Lake Erie Monster or were they completely separate myths?

This was spotted today on the turnpike headed towards Sandusky.

And this was it being staged outside of Breakers express inside a fence.

Is it me or with sun hitting this track does it seem more like a copper color to the bronze/brown cause it's kinda growing on me now.
from what I have heard it doesn't look like Valravn may be used (due to the accident).
there is also no relation from the Lake Erie monster to Valravn.
