^ As I am pretty sure that the "Rotating track element" has already been discussed in this topic and possibly first mentioned by Thekingin64, I would just like to add that I am unsure if that element could even work with the space in the SW7 station building plus in my mind it seems even less likley with the extended/longer trains. I really don't think that will be the true secret element of SW7, Also they would not get the record with that element as it is not a proper inversion so the layout would still only have 8 inversions even if that element is in SW7.

^ I am totally in agreement with that Thekingin64.
The thing I am more worried about is that if it is due to open on the 16th March 2013, I really think it is behind schedule, as in comparison to Saw The Ride, the track work was pretty much complete this time back in 2009 and that opened on the 13th March 2009 which makes me think that this coaster's opening date will be delayed and won't open at the start of the season, but I am praying that I am wrong.

I am now pretty certain that SW7 is running behind schedule, as Alton Towers have removed the countdown to opening day clock from the SW7 Mini-Site, and replaced it with the a little picture, "It's Coming" picture that Towers sent out on 20th December and construction hasn't progressed much since then. Now time to put this in retrospective with Saw The Ride at Thorpe Park which was already in the starting testing phase of construction, which this coaster is no where near close to.

Double post, but with an image update of SW7.
I am shocked at how small the SW7 site actually is, even though the length of track is 557.8ft longer than Takabisha.

Lets hope the vertical construction pace picks up.
