It flies so majestically, around that course, it is unbelievable, but having said that I shouldn't be two surprised because almost all of the Wing Coasters by Bolliger and Mabillard fly majestically through their layouts.

A lot of roller coaster coasters do this as apart of their testing, but it is often not mentioned. This is especially critical for GateKeeper, as Cedar Point wants to know that even at slow speeds it can complete the circuit and not valley.

CP can often receive awkward/bizarre headwinds off of Lake Erie which can result in this:

Or even this:

You can never be too certain!

oh yeah the headwinds off of lake erie have cause modifications to many rides including top thrill dragster (i think thats why the wing car on the back was removed) wildcat had wood set up on its first hill after the drop because originally the ride was on the lake where gatekeeper is and the coaster would stall. disaster transport was enclosed because of the winds because sand would get on the track and that isnt good on a bobsled coaster

just a flashback to what the gatekeeper site used to look like

That actually makes allot more sense, thanks for clearing that up for me Eclipse and CP2013.
I think it looks absolutely exceptional, I so want to ride it, but I honestly don't know when I will be able to get over to Cedar Point.

That testing is all we expected. The train gliding gracefully along the course. This does look amazing.

In all fairness even though we didn't see the whole test run of the layout, it actually showed allot more angles of the coaster unlike Thorpe Park's testing footage of The Swarm.

I've just been told by Tony Clark himself that all three trains are now at the park. The third and final train will be put onto the storage track soon. The onride POV will be uploaded on the GateKeeper Media Day (9th May 2013).

Well at least Cedar Point are going to upload a POV of GateKeeper even if we do have to wait till the 9th May. Anyway it's good to hear that Cedar Point now have all three trains onsite.
