Adventure world in Perth have been posting updates on their FB page for a yet to be revealed new coaster due to open towards the end of the year.
The council approval has listed it as being a roller coaster, so at least that much is confirmed.

However, someone over at Parkz found a tender listing for the project, which identifies it as a Eurofighter:

This could be a very good rollercoaster for Australia, I am pretty sure if it is a Eurofigter it will be the first one in Australia.

If it does turn out to be a Eurofigther, it is going to be great for the Australian Roller Coaster enthusiasts, Australia really does lack theme parks with great rollercoasters.

Dalek Sec is sadly correct, Australia does lack theme parks with great coasters, none of our parks have a B&M, and if this turns out to be a Gerstlauer Eurofighter it will be the first of its type over here.

My biggest question about this coaster, is this going to be a new Eurofighter design like The Smiler or classic design Eurofighter, I preferably am hoping it will be a classic Eurofighter design.

Presumably, The Smiler design will be a one-off for a good while now and Gerstlauer will keep making the old design. The same thing happened with Dare Devil Dive at SFOG. Everyone thought the new train design on there was going to be the new norm but no new coasters have appeared yet of that design.

The space Adventure World have for this coaster would easily fit one of the new generation type, but it would be interesting to see a different layout, plus on the capacity from with 16 riders being able to experience it at once the throughput would be high.
However I wouldn't expect them to do a 14 inversion layout, probably more like 8 or 10 if it is the new generation. Having said all that I wouldn't mind a classic Eurofighter too, I will just be happy that we getting another Australia first.

I never knew there weren't any B&M Coasters in Australia, I really hope at some point a theme park does invest in one.

I also am hoping that one of our parks will invest in one, as the few I have experienced in other countries are amazing.
