IMO, the heartlines are the best part of Colossus. You really feel upside down and if the restraint is slightly loose, you can come out of your seat! :)

My personal favourite section probably would be the Bunny Hop, because it is very good for Air time. However the final Heatline before the end is also epic.

Colossus really isn't great. Sure, it's OK, but it's a bit rattley, it's uncomfortable and its boring.

Honestly it's not that bad, but I have no issue missing it out when I visit Thorpe. Nemesis Inferno is the opposite to this, which must say something surely?

Oh, and the heartline rolls are dire. ;)

I like them! Like I said before, if your restraints are slightly loose you keep moving around your seat. So fun.

They are just a cheap way of getting the record though.

True, but most Intamin Multi Inversion coasters, have a number of heartline rolls.

They're a cheap way of getting a number of inversions. Don't take any height and need hardly any speed.

Yea, but the Quadruple heartline roll on here really does slow the train!

It's higher up. If you notice, it's the hill just before the rolls that takes the speed off, not the rolls.

Colossus is in need of a re-paint. It clearly hasn't ever been re-painted since its opening in 2002. Look at how faded the color has become:

I agree with you XYZ, I have actually wanted Thorpe to repaint some of there older rides, this closes season instead of getting a new ride or hotel.
