Monte Makaya (Terra Encantada) - SBNO

Monte Makaya is a steel, looping roller coaster manufactured by Intamin and located at Terra Encantada in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. When it opened in 1998, it tied Dragon Khan's then-record with eight inversions; although it and Dragon Khan were made by different manufacturers and have very different layouts.
Monte Makaya is located in the Terra Africana section at the back of Terra Encantada, at the park's far northwest corner.

Currently Monte Makaya is still standing but not operating (SBNO)
Do you think this coaster will operate again or do you think Terra Encantada will remove it?

Well most coasters that our SBNO normally get removed eventually if they can not get funding to run it or improve it.
I prefer the more streamline train of colossus

Yea, I prefer the more steamlined trains as well.

Monte Mayaka is only SBNO because the park itself has shut and reopened plenty of times due to political reasons. It's likely to get torn down soon though as it is getting very unsafe.
