Raptor (Gardaland)

Raptor is a steel roller coaster at the Gardaland amusement park in Lake Garda, Italy. The ride is a prototype Wing Coaster design by Swiss roller coaster manufacturer Bolliger & Mabillard. Raptor opened to the public on April 1, 2011. The ride begins from an underground station and features two water splash elements. The layout features several roll overs. The trains hang over the track like X2 at Six Flags Magic Mountain but do not spin.

This coaster looks amazing and apparntly is amazing. I love the look of the near-misses.

The wing-rider trains look brilliant aswell with no track above or below you. If you look forward you wouldn't fully see whats coming up!

The reviews don't show the coaster as really awesome and that those with semi-thick legs cannot ride because the seat belt is way too short. I also heard that the speed feels like it is under 30 MPH most of the time and the close encounters to the theming isn't as close and as scary as you would expect. Though, these are mostly opinions and this might be a really awesome coaster regardless of the reviews.
