Chessington has announced the name and logo of their new attraction - Zufari.

Chessington World Of Adventures wrote:Jump aboard the ultimate off-roader truck for a thrilling safari journey where you’ll navigate through the extreme terrain of the African outback and come face to face with our new giant giraffes, powerful rhinos and other new animals waiting to be discovered
This is how Chessington describe the new 2013 attraction.

Zufari will be located in the northern area of the park near the zoo and Wanyama Village. The ride is scheduled to open in March 2013. Keep an eye on this topic for construction and information updates!

I am a little disappointed that Merlin have not decided to add a coaster for Chessington, as the last major one opened in 2004, Lets hope that Merlin will add one for the 2014 season, 10 years after Dragon's Fury.

I would liked to have seen a new coaster at the park, but I'm pleased with this new addition. We haven't seen a large investment in a new area/attraction for quite some time. Hopefully this will lead to bigger and better things for the park!

It may not be a coaster but it is still a large addition. Looks pretty cool and shows the park is trying to push the zoo.

Zufari looks a lot of fun. Chessington might get a coaster in 2014 or 2015 since Thorpe got Swarm in 2012 and Alton is getting SW7 in 2013.

Chessington have now got one Zufari vehicle.

I admit it is nicely themed and should be a good addition to the park. But I still desperately want a coaster for 2014!

That is well themed. Won't have any forward view though.
