Fright Night Review (29/10/11)

This year Thorpe Park was celebrating the 10th anniversary of this event.
And over those ten years fright nights have got bigger and better with many scare mazes.
I will start my review with the breath taking atmosphere, many TP Staff had their faces painted with blood.
The rides had reasonable queue times and seemed to cope ok with the high demand.
Now I will move the review onto the four Fright Night Mazes (Experiment 10, Asylum, Se7en and The Curse)
I will start with the new maze Experiment 10. This maze was greatly themed inside the maze and outside the maze. Their were many actors inside the maze and also in the queue lines. I think a great element to this maze is the gas chambers. This is were everyone in the group will be placed in an individual gas chamber and will be locked in for a couple of minuets until some actors move you onto one of the two routes (Tunnel Route and Non Tunnel) Overall I would say Experiment 10 was a good addition to the Fright Night Line up.
Now I will move onto the Asylum. This is the oldest maze Fright Night attraction and it is still giving good scares after 6 years. The theming inside the maze is still quite good even though it does not appear to of changed since last year. Overall I think The Asylum is still the icing on the cake after Experiment 10.
I have not got much to say about The Curse except it still has good theming and always suits it's location on neptune beach because the maze is set on a boat which is haunted. Overall I think The Curse would of been better is Se7en was not situated on the other beach.
Well the final maze is Se7en. This maze was pointless. It has not improved since the last couple of Fright Nights. I personally think thorpe park should of removed this maze instead of Hellgate.
Now Thorpe has allot of actors roaming around the park. Their was even a 10th anniversary birthday cake roaming around the park with a group of TP Actors.
So next year I personally would like Thorpe Park to remove Se7en. Re-add Hellgate. Keep Experiment 10 to the same standard.
